What??? if we won it then we must have been Champions of Europe.

BTW I think only the champions should be in the competition, like it used to be.

Yes............any one of the Barca stars are a danger. Messie, Eto, Xabi Inesta, even little Bojan could be featured in the demise of Man U.
I predict a scoreline of 2 - 0 in favour of Barca.

Well said Mancie mate, that makes a BIG difference. And with the up coming rule about the home grown talent you can understand why Fergie as got the 2 Brazillian twins and Macheda aswell as others, yes they are foreign but have come through Uniteds youth system so wont count in the tot up of foreigners playing in the team.By the way yo forgot Johnny Evans and Owen Hargreaves(although he has not featured much this season through having an operation).

I predict that tomorrow afternoon I will be at the Toucan with lots of other football fans (we have a big Portuguese community in Kingston) enjoying the game and getting gloriously drunk on John Smiths:theband:

Barca have a fantastic team, no doubting that; but they did suffer in the Chelsea game from that bullcrap ref. Both full backs not allowed to play. My predictions: Ronaldo will exploit the weakness on the left; Manchester will score first; Vidic, Ferdinand, and co. will then shut things down. Manchester to win 2 - 0. And Pittsburgh will beat Detroit in the Stanley Cup Final series (oops, wandering to another sport);)

Re: United v The Bar Staff

Barcelona are a very strong side in there own league but in the later stages of the champions league have shown their weaknesses. In the two games against Chelsea you wouldn't need more than one hand to count the chances they created and had it not been for the referee United would be facing Chelsea tomorrow night. They have some great individual players but they also have weak ones particually at the back.

I really can't see anything but a United victory. If they attack them from the off like they did Arsenal in the second leg of the semi then an early goal will be inevitable and with United being as strong as they are at the back the chances of Barcelona getting back into the match will be minimal.

I will go with two nil to United and I also fancy Rooney to get one of them.

It's been said..Barca and Utd are two fantastic teams....hoping for as good a match as they can provide.. just hope the best team on the night wins without dodgy reffs decisions and hopefully no aggro.

A Manchester United supporter has been stabbed in Rome. Lets hope that violence doesn't overshadow what promises be a great final.

I was absent, but with good reason which I aint going into here, the best team were victorious on the night, had United scored when they had a series of chances in the first ten minutes, it would have been a different game, schoolboy errors cost them dear, not closing barca down, defending too deep, second to the ball, gaping defence etc, in the end, Barca could have scored more, Man U (the players) deserved nothing less than a thrashing, with the exception of Tevez that is, who as usual gave it his all.
