Can anyone explain why the game is on Tuesday and not at the weekend?

Montenegro are playing Switxerland tonight.

There's an odd number of teams in the group so one team always sits out a round of games

Teams play on Fridays and Tuesdays, instead of Saturdays and Wednesdays so as to help manager, and as Dave says there are an odd number of teams in our group, last international weekend Wales only got beat once instead of the usual twice;)

As I've read recently the Scots always look good on paper, but bloody hopeless on Grass:D
