:D FC United of Manchester have just beaten Barrow 1-0 in the FA Cup 4th Qualifier to land an away first round proper game at Spotland Rochdale:D 5 years going and we have made the first round.Words can't express my joy at the moment :D with a good crowd of 3,229 witnessing it.

Yeah cheers mate.The extra funds this cup run is generating has come at a perfect time aswell ,as we look to build our own ground at Ten Acre Lane Newton Heath,so further we can get the better :D

This could be close to a full house..i recall fc united had 2,000 at stanleys ground v great harwood,so i reckon 3,000 fc there
and local interest could mean about equal from rochdale and other manc people. so 6,000 must be possible

Even more good news,ESPN are televising the game and FC United are getting £67,500 from them as well as our share of the gate money and not having to pay Bury (our landlords at the min) a penny.The game is on ESPN Fri 5th November 7.45pm kick off.Rochdale have reduced the gate price as well for us to £12 from the usual £20 and allocated us 3,500 and its pay on the door and not all ticket,so could be a good turn out :D
