Blackburn Rovers manager drink driving

Steve Keane found guilty of drink driving, should he be allowed to carry on in his post as a manager of a football club, I for one feel that if he stays in the job the owners are sending out the message that they support this type of behaviour

Sack him, with no hesitation. On the lesser score, he has brought the good name of the club - well , whatever is left of it - into disrepute. On the more important score, this character could well have killed people through his own greed and stupidity.

The only thing this dickhead is fit for is 2nd table wiper in the Venky's Fried Chicken eating house (Bombay City East branch).

Eh? That piccy looks like Keane himself with a beard, wearing a skirt and with a rice steamer on his head.

PS..looks like he's got a puncture.

PPS...is that a claret and blue scarf he's wearing...the blues got a bit mouldy looking, turned greenish.

Not sure why this has been moved to the football section. It's a discussion about criminal behaviour just the same as riots and shootings in Norway ??

got me beat as well. Drink/Driving i regard as a very serious thing, less people likely to comment on it down here. now the thread, after thinking about this, i reckon its daft to sack the guy fer this offence, many people keep jobs when convicted of this offence even M.P.s who represent the public n thats a worse example in my book? only people i have known that have actually lost jobs fer this, drive fer a living- fact.! so are yeh saying "All" owners are sending out the message they support this action Duggie? complete load of crap in my eyes! i can happily go along wi sacking the guy fer sound reasons, but these sure aint.

Fair point Jay, does that mean that Rio Ferdinand should have been sacked for not presenting himself for that drug test a few years ago, or even Sur red nose himself for that speeding ticket he avoided.
