Gary Ablett
 

Gary Ablett has passed away at the age of just 46. He was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphona in 2009 and died peacefully last night.

He was one of the few players to play with great distinction for both Everton and Liverpool, being the only person to win the FA Cup with both teams.

His passing will be mourned by football fans everywhere, not least in both blue and red corners of Merseyside.

Very sad news that, My father died with that, well one of the things, but 46 is no age to lose your life, especially when you've been so fit during your working life RIP Gary

RIP Gary, good pro, good footballer, and best of all good man, met him once at a sportsmans dinner really down to earth with a typical scouse sense of humour.
