Re: Rangers going into Admin.
The FA need to put their foot down. Administration should result in instant relegation, or double relegation if the club goes into administration after already being relegated during the regular season. Sick of clubs using it as an easy way to solve their problems when they are mid-table and the 10 point deduction wont make a difference. It would teach clubs to live between their means.
In England this is a side effect of the ridiculous greedy gulf between the Premier League and the rest. The riches of the Prem make teams take ridiculous boom or bust risks, safe in the knowledge that they'll coin it if successful and can always take administration if it all goes to pot. |
Re: Rangers going into Admin.
That said, for a club like Rangers to go into administration is a shock. However this may show so-called "big" teams that even they have to watch the pennys carefully!!!

Re: Rangers going into Admin.
What a sorry saga for Scottish football, Rangers in the fourth tier of the Scottish league, think this will have a knock on effect, but they can only have themselves to blame, its like anything in life if you live beyond your means, it will catch up on you someday, Portsmouth are another case in question, who could easily go out of the game altogether, very very sad indeed
