My money would be on Tim Sherwood, if he would work fer venkys?? which may be a problem.

Re: Whos going to be Rovers new manager?

Brian Laws isn't doing much as the moment.

If they can move Ewood Park down to the south coast then Harry Redknapp.

More realistic Mick McCarthy. Experience of getting promotion and working at small clubs.

UPDATE*****

Truck delivering chicken and bean pies spotted at the rear of Ewood. Driver said they were making preparations for new manager.

Forced to resign, wonder what was used as a carrot. A replacement may well be a problem.
Sherwood was a good player and is building a reputation as a good coach but he has no managerial experience. They need someone with managerial experience but who, of any stature, would work for VFC?
At least Jay will be happy this morning, he can now give his total support to Rovers and that will make the scousers happy as well:D

Quite right, Jay. It is hilarious to even contemplate an out and out professional like Cooky joining a club whose clueless owners have made it a laughing stock.

A veritable poisoned chalice, mate! ;)

I know the bloke who looks after the trophy cabinet down at Ewood. And during his 8 hour tea break he told me to put money on Wim Koevermans as the new manager.

Indian national team coach.

Reckon Mr Bean would be more suited for 'em, with the present owners.

The latest one to throw their hat in the ring is former United Striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who won the Norwegian title in his first season with Molde. Also in the frame is former Real Madrid Manager Bernd Schuster, do for me

Re: Whos going to be Rovers new manager?

At this point, I'd like to throw my hat into the ring and volunteer. I've had experience of coaching at under 11 level, won a few medals with Antley in the Methodist League in the 70's, have supported Rovers since Barrington Hole played for us and really dislike Burnley. I would probably do no better than our last two, but I would be cheaper.

It's the ability to match the efforts of the previous 2 that is the most important. The cost is irrelevant, it's being paid through a bank account in Burnley ;)

Of all the conspiracy theories I've read over the past two years...this one is sounding more believable by the hour ;)

It's been on SSN this morning that Shebby Singh & some bloke called Judan Ali are taking charge of training today, apparently this Ali bloke is a former Bollywood actor who once played a football coach in a 2007 film - to be fair he does have other experience though, he was an Arsenal trainee in his youth & has had some experience in coaching some Sunday league team, you couldn't make it up! And us Stanley fans think we're in trouble

Q. To what degree has this happened over the past two years?
