Don't you just love the FA after the match between Arsenal and City on Sunday, the TV camera picked him up saying to the City players go and thank your fans for shelling out £62 for a ticket to watch you. What do they FA do, remove him from the line of last nights QPR v West Brom Cup Tie marvelous. it could be an idea if they asked Arsenal just what they're playing at, only a fortnight ago when Stoke played the Gooners tickets were £40 (still a rip off) its time to rein these clubs in £45 quid for a shirt, ect, it now cost around £80 to a £100 to watch a premier league club including travel and usual expenses pie and a pint, its a flaming rip off

The Linesman/Assistant call him what you will but he is a referee!

I heard it too but I wouldn't think he should be removed from another game for that comment. All types of comment are made during a game.

That particular linesman had quite a good game and if it's true that he was replaced the F.A. should be ashamed of themselves!

To be fair it was none of his business but I think a word of warning would have been sufficient.

In reality hardly any premier league player would have understood what he said because he said it in English, and at the end of the day the players don't give a toss how much the fans spend as long as they get their millions for poncing about once a week
