It's probably 6 of one and half a dozen of the other but I still think it's a silly ruling and could have been relaxed considering the situation.

You obviously don't know F1 very well Willow (no offence meant here!).

The top people in the pinnacle of motorsport couldn't arrange a p***-up in the local brewery - Ferrari would never agree the venue.

Until they remove the clause in the Concord Agreement that requires unanimity to be passed, nothing will ever change.

Until Max or Bernie decide to change it anyway.

OK, it looks like they have now been formally charged.

The FIA have sent them a letter.

clicky

It will be interesting to see how this one rolls - obviously a race ban is not an option!

Rather hefty fines are being mooted instead

Hmm "charge" number one sounds interesting (just before the "and/or").

It does indeed.

The statement about the tyres was not released by Michelin until the weekend anyway. There was no way that the teams could prepare for that.

There is actually a better place where the letter is - the FIA website.

To save time, the main text in each letter is identical, just the team addresses are different
