Re: Bongo anyone?
Have you seen this site?
I bet they are very vanny to drive. Are you after it for the space or going away/sleeping in. If you want space the Merc V class look very nice but mainly seem to be petrol and I bet they are thirsty. |
Re: Bongo anyone?
Very nice link fanx... However I have been pointed towards bongos as a cheaper alternative..diesal imports with average 50k on clock... youc an get drive away awnings etc
Also I would be using it instead of a car so didnt want to go too big....and I have teenage daughters who flatly refuse to be seen in a camper van....hehe Bongos look very good for the price.. but parts and stuff... wondered if anyone had any experience before going out looking.. they seem too good to be true. Deffo gonna look through that link ya gave though.. appropriate karma left.. Addyon bit: this is the site I was originally on: http://www.bongofury.co.uk |
Re: Bongo anyone?
I would look into spare parts and servicing before buying. I read posts from French car owners in Australia and they actually buy spares from a mail order firm in the UK. You wouldn't want to be off the road for something stupid like a leaking fuel filter and be unable to get one quickly.
