If you have an interest in motorsport but not sure how to get involved then i may have the answer......

CLITHEROE & DISTRICT MOTOR CLUB are holding an open day in conjunction with "NATIONAL MOTORSPORT WEEK"

The event will take place at Clitheroe Castl on Saturday 05th August, they will be rally car displayed as well as all the local competitiors (like myself:D )from club level to our own WRC co-driver Dan Barrit .....

All levels of motorsport can be discussed and the chance for you to get involved is there ......

no shmsc no longer exists.. I was on the commitee of Springhill but sadly it was folded around 8 years ago....

right, I did a few things through them, teh autotest on asda carpark was fun

Shame its the same day as stanleys first league game in 44 yrs or I would ahve gone as well :(

just to let you know that we CDMC are running a stage rally at Weeton Army Barracks in September as this is a non spectator event you can`t get in due to MOD regulations BUT as i am the organiser of the event I am sure i could arrange a press pass for you in return for some photo`s for our website:D

Also should anyone wish to come and assist for the day by marshalling the event then please contact me....

REMEMBER THIS IS A NON SPECTATOR EVENT SO COMING TO MARSHALL FOR THE DAY IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN WATCH 75 CARS FROM EVO`s TO SCREAMING MK2 ESCORTS GOING SIDEWAYS AROUND AND AROUND WEETON ARMY BARRACKS
