in oct 2003 a collective of musicians under the name of "the unsigned"
were going to get airplay of one of their tunes named "life is good life is short" on
bbc radio..if any of you remember or even tuned in you will know it was cut from the show without prior notice because of the actions of a preston councillor and the actions of a collective of morons known as hyndburn
against racism...apparently these tards (according to the beeb) were sent a
cd with this tune describing it as the "new b.n.p. song"...they have put 2&2
together and come up with 5 (satans favourite number) and the result of their secret backroom meeting caused the tune to be cut from the show. during all this i have wrote continually to the beeb and have also wrote to the h.a.r.
only to be met with stony silence and ignorance, (typical councillors)
so seeing as they want to play that game i think i should be at least given the chance to defend the unsigned as i cannot stand ignorant morons like
h.a.r. and lavalette(preston)...the main reason (har) gave was that the tune
contained the word "retard" and according to (har) is a word that "the far right use for people they dont like" so if any of you out there has ever called anyone a retard then you too are a racist according to the mentality of har...(this word has been mentioned in loads of movies inc south park and
only last week in scary movie (retarded retard) so now i have to presume that my 14 yr old son is a racist because he calls me a retard on a regular basis
especially when i cannot help him with his homework! my own opinion of such organisations such as har is that they are the very reason why this country is doomed because there is no free speech anymore and we are forced by brussels beaurocracy to bow down to even are own countrys enemies...to which there are plenty.however i will not be silenced by lesser mortals whose do-goody goody attitude will further destroy our
freedoms which our forefathers fought and died for...(remember the cleeveland child sex abuse scandal and all these women accused of killing their cot death babies(munchuasen by proxy)...every one of these scandals
were caused by so called proffesional people such as councillors etc)

i have thousands of examples and every one the truth...but for now i will leave you with this message about the unsigned ....
the unsigned would like you to hear the song "life is good life is short"
then you can judge for yourself whether you find the song racists or not
(the b.b.c. have now concluded that in their opinion the song DOES NOT contain any racist comments, offensive words(2) but nothing RACIST...
seeing as i dont know how to work this thing yet(im a bit retarded) i would appreciate someone out there who can help me post the tune on this site for anyone to download, then you can judge for yourself instead of listening to cretins like hyndburn councillors who have hung, drawn and quartered us without even a trial...a system i thought was destroyed when we kicked hitlers ass...but now we have a bigger threat...any help to
put this tune out on the net would be appreciated by us...

Just a thought... Why not post the lyrics on-line, on Accyweb?

We can then make our own minds up whether or not the song has any contentious content lyrically.

I don't think you will hear from this chap again;he came into the Our Price store last year with a copy of the disc and was most put out when I said we couldn't sell it for him;the words "fascist" and other expletives were mentioned.

someone from bassland did go to our price to enquire as to how to sell a "demo" ep from the
unsigned and was informed that in order to sell the cd in store a barcode would have to be obtained so it could be registered at the tills, on hearing this info he said (as far as he can remember) that the devil has ways of putting obstacles in front of the good, to which you thought he was referring to you, which he wasnt ,but you took umbrage from then on because you refused to give him the area managers tel no in your strop, which our rep found no reason why you shouldnt have...he only wanted more information..not much to ask is it? ...
allow me correct you on your quote, it wasnt "the" disc , at the time it was a different disc
called the "chemicalz e.p." so change it to "A "disc and you will be more accurate with your quote...as for not hearing from this chap again i know this town will, and if he gives up there are another 40 or so artists who will take his place, and if the combination of the loud music and paranioa caused you to miss-hear what was said, then i pity mankind when we have an equal amount of women judges...(men are bad enough!) mind you the words "fat bitch" and
"fascist" do sound alike when theres a racket going on behind, but there is a difference!
(he does apologise for his outburst, due to your obstinate attitude) he visited other record stores
in the area and found them to be quite co-operative and obtained information given quite freely
without bias or barriers(thanks guys, i owe you one)
perhaps you should shorten your quote to the very first three words, that would be a more apt
quote from someone who doesnt listen properly and judges people by their "covers"?

Lindsay can't get on line but has just told me via phone that she offered to sell the cd on the counter and give you any money, but this was unacceptable as you want to register the sales.

If it's as good as you say it is I look forward to seeing a local band at number one fairly soon.

Calling someone, who in my opinion gave you more than good advice as to where else you could market your music, a fat bitch is ok though?

Hey ho;back on line! I clearly remember the conversation with your "rep";although I am pretty certain it was actually you.I explained why,as a multi national company,we couldn't just take your disc and sell it,I suggested you try other music shops and also was happy to take a copy to play in the store and give it an airing for you.Obviously not enough for you though.I refused to give you an area mangers number because he would have told you exactly the same as I did.

When you are as rude and arrogant as you were that day [and several staff also witnessed the incident] it comes as no surprise that you are still "unsigned" and will no doubt remain so until you develop some manners and people skills.
