I like most of U2's, fell out with them a little when they were breaking America, the music was crap! My all time fav is Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses :)

I know lol! We were having this conversation about U2 the other night weren't we ;)

Absolute top band, hard to find fault with any of their songs. Wild Horses will always be my fav though. To choose a top ten favourites of their songs I'd find really difficult and would probably have to change my choices daily :)

Tinks, you've just told us in another thread:rolleyes: I think U2 have had a great many good songs throughout their career. Two of my favourites are Still Have'nt Found What Im Looking For & Zoo Station, the latter because it opened the album Achtung Baby which marked a new direction for the band after their american odyssey, which a lot of fans never expected to happen.

Very difficult to choose just one, think With Or Without You would have to win, closely followed by One and All I Want Is You.

[quote=Tinkerbelle]Oh well I'm extremely sorry, I thought this was a chat about U2 that was seperate from the other thread  [quote]Indeed it is,and i'm sorry if isomehow infered otherwise:o I thought it would be a good idea to start this as there seemed to be a few U2 fans on the other thread talking U2,but maybe not neccassarily listening to them at the time(and it seemed inappropiate to tell folk iwas listening to something else when the topic was U2).So what did you think of the last album?Thought it was quite good myself, but the title was all wrong.Should either have been How To Disarm An Atomic Bomb or simply Atomic Bomb:cool:

One, With or Without You, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Where The Streets Have No Name, Pride, Sunday Bloody Sunday, I Will Follow - some of the greatest songs ever written by anybody.
Amazing band.
