Sounds of the good times

Oh everyone must have a song that reminds them of the good times they've had:) Freakishly just had one of those moments [People who know me well know i attach sentimentality to music by nature or natures way of reminding me of them:D], anyways just got music channels on as nowt else on box & a song came on that i've not heard for a bit that made me sentimental over a car [mmm tinks :D] in fact the cars soundtrack song hehehehehe [yes cars have one too] many a laughs with that one:rolleyes:

So what songs remind u of good times, silly times, embarrassing times, mates times lol

Gee cant beleive that car made me sentimental hehehehe

Oasis - Lyla

Reminds me of the summer after leaving school.
Footy on Wilsons all day & parties every night.
The best summer ever :)

I wish I could think of one but there's so many!!

Bucks Fizz - Land of Make Believe is the earliest song I can remember that my mum had to go out and buy 'cus I was mad on it. Hearing that takes me back to childhood :)

Bucks Fizz then ...
A-ha then ...

Bon jovi, Poison and G 'N' R then ....

Kylie always reminds me of Slinky. Spice Girls reminds me of t'other sister . My little bro has yet to adopt a song. Anything Motown reminds me of my mum. My dad had a passion for Status Quo ... I love In the Army Now.

I think if I had to choose one of many songs I'd associate with our times it's got to be Superstar ;)

Pull Up to the Bumper - Grace Jones.

It reminds me of when I'd just passed my driving test.

Driving my Dad's car in the south of France, this blaring from the stero.

Sunglasses on, hot, horny, and lookin' for fun.

When I hear it now it takes me right back, and reminds me of the fun I did actually find.:D

Penny Arcade by Roy Orbison always reminds me of summer holidays in Morecambe as a child with the music playing from arcade on West End Pier late into the evening.

Re: Sounds of the good times

Penny Arcade reminds me of when I used to work in The Regency. There was a girl who came in and sung it (badly) every week on the karaoke.
