I have the Mika album on at the minute, before that was James Blunt. it just had me thinking is Billy/Billie the most popular name in pop land?

Mika - Billy Brown
James Blunt - billy
Micheal Jackson - Billie Jean
Billy Idol
Billy Joel
Billie Piper
Billy-Joe Armstrong
Billy Ocean
Billie Holiday

There's loads more but they're the ones off the top of my head.

Any more popular than Billy/Billie?

Yes it just brought back lots of memories from when we were younger :D We had lots of Billys around ;)

I had 2 Billys on the go at the same time ...... made sure I never got the wrong name :D

Just to go off trck a wee bit, An Aussie rock icon, passed away a couple of weeks ago, Billy Thorpe, of Billy Thrope & the Aztecs ( 1960s, 70s ) And also today a great guitarist who was in his band, Lobby Loyde, who was also a fantasic blues guitarist, he was also in Rose Tattoo. You've probably never heard of them.
