It only goes back to 1950 and I was 7 then. :D

I looked up No 1 on my wedding day and it says, "She's Not You", by Elvis. I'm quite surprised as the Beatles had just become very popular.

Well I guess that the number one on Dec. 1, 1945 was Issy Bonn's "I'm in Love with Two Sweethearts." I don't think I want to know any more. I do believe a cover version was done by an American Rapper. It is titled "I'm Screwin' Two Bitches."

The Reflex - Duran Duran was number one when i was born.....

It's not about them not bothering about before 1950, there was no singles chart before then
