R-Jak: 'Happy Christmas'

Hi,

Please visit MySpace.com - R-Jak - UK - Alternative - www.myspace.com/rjak and have a listen to 'Happy Christmas'. Jack is 4 years old and from Accrington, it would be nice to get some local support, so far we haven't had a great deal of support locally.

Hopefully this track will be featured on the dinnertime show, on BBC Radio Lancashire on Saturday 29th December 2007. Even if you don't listen to Radio Lancs, we'd be appreciative if you gave it a listen.

Happy Christmas. Have a good one :)

Thanks people....

Some people may remember my thread "why is church forgotten". If you don't have a look at it, it shows my naivity in thinking people around here have hearts and that there are actually decent people around here. I think that the whole of Accrington and the population of the surrounding area that use this site have just showed me the answer to the question I asked. Why are you forgotten? Well you have no empathy, your souls are black, you won't even have a listen or comment on a track for a 4 year old boy. I've avoided Accyweb with my own music because I know people in Accy have some kind of vendetta against me because of what happened with the BBC in 2003, which has since been proved to be a load of cobblers. However, doing the same to a four year old is just terrible. Absolutely shocking. You may have your devilish reasons for what you did to me, which could be just in the sight of your God, if you have one. Saying this, you have no leg to stand on this time.

Anyway, thanks for making me lose my faith in humanity, nevermind my trust in local people. To be honest, there is nothing here left for me.

Happy New Year.

John

Got to say I listened to it, not my sort of thing but good luck to the lad if you think it is going to make him. Think you will find if you look back in your memory that I actually got in contact about the thread "Why Is Church Forgotten?" to congratulate you on a well written piece!!!!

I'm sure a lot of people on here have listened to this recording and have nothing much to say about it Infinitus, but if it has added to the plays, then that can only be helpful.

Not one you can really comment on to be honest, well, I will ; maybe just my age but does remind me of M & M on Helium .. sorry .. you asked for comment. Young children basically have not developed the strength and tone in their singing voices as their vocal chords/muscles have very little development, so unless they are a phenomenon of nature leave the 'professional' singing to the adults.

Best of luck anyway.

I listened to it. I wasn't particularly impressed. I didn't say so because I had no wish to offend. You obviously think there is some talent there. If I don't then it is purely down to my own personal taste and nothing to do with you and the BBC. I haven't a clue what you are on about there anyway.

It does annoy me though when people lump others all together and condemn them just because they do not have the same opinion.

Perhaps it would have been kinder to the lad to leave well alone rather than demand opinions when none were forthcoming.

I know nothing of you and the bbc in 2003, I din't live here, I did listen to the track as suggested, wasn't overly impressed in any way, but did not see that as reason to offend, better sometimes not to comment, it seems though, that you have no such empathy, or humanity. Sorry to disappoint, but you asked! Nay demanded!

Britain's Got Talent.

But obviously not here.

Why wasn't this on the Christmas TOTP?

Obviously a Jewish/leftwing plot at the BBC from stopping this artist from getting the recognition he deserves.

2003. Wasn't that when Daddy Dearest (Infinitus) threatened AW member Lindsay Ormerod, for not stocking his record? Even though she offered to put it for sale sale on the counter, but then sales wouldn't register in the charts, and thus preventing it from going to number one.
