A new double CD that's just come out - "Aretha Franklin - Unreleased Recordings from the Queen of Soul". Hell, even her rejected tracks beat anything by today's "R&B Divas" into a cocked hat!

No, not surprised at all, considering the quality of contemporary singers. Incidentally, Mr C, my mate who went to see Led Zep the other night tells me that Maggie Bell was one of the support acts and she was the business! Wonder what Amy Winehouse'll be doing in 35 years time? :rolleyes:
