nice wholesome family entertainment , no knife crime, or drunken slags vomiting and fighting in the streets when they were topping the charts.
Doubt very much there is single tattoo anywhere in the whole bunch :D :D

its true though,i went on a hen and stag do from the stanley pub,she was down trackside.i told her it was for a mate nearby to take a photo,then she looked around and so no one was taking a photo and pushed me away :)

I watched the programme last night, about their reunion, it was really interesting.

The working as kids in the northern clubs, to mass hysteria in Japan, where they were apparently massive.

Like 'em or loath 'em, but I'm in the Mood for Dancing is one of the few British disco hits that can still pack a dance floor.

Back in the 70s I was working Barrow-in-Furnace and we went into this little pub (as you do) for lunch, it was on the road between Barrow and Ulverston. The walls were absolutely crammed full of photos and memorabilia of the Nolans, the Landlord was a lifelong friend of their parents, and ad a few tales to tell, surprisingly it was quite interesting

I recorded it for when there is only rubbish on over the festive season. I quite like them myself and will look forward to watching:)

I really enjoyed it, especially the early days, working the northern clubs with their parents.

The hard work ethic seems to have paid off, as they've all done very well since they split as a group.
