RATM- Killing in the name, for Christmas no 1??

So, what do you guys think of this being our Christmas Number 1??

YouTube - RATM -Killing in the name - official video

A LOT of people I know and talk to are downloading and buying it JUST so there is NOT an X Factor number 1, AGAIN!

I haven't got it myself, I (and this is only my opinion) think it's rubbish, although I do agree in that we really could do with someone/something else having a chance at being number 1 at Christmas time.

What do you think of it?

I've bought it off Amazon. Well, I say I bought it but it cost 29p and I got a 29p discount - so just doing my little bit to stop the X Factor machine. :D

I agree, it's rubbish, btw.

I like heavy metal sometimes but this isn't it.
I websearched and found the lyrics.
It is a youth protest against war and mind control - I agree with that protest but won't be buying.

RATM don't claim to be metal it's more rap-punkrock.

I bought the RATM album in 1993 and its on the ipod already so i won`t be joining the idiots who don`t even like it buying it just to stop the X Factor getting to number 1..........stupid idea.

Given the fact that I don't like modern pop music, full stop (1975 onwards) X factor or any other modern rubbish won't be coming my way
