So sorry to hear that Willie Mitchell past away a couple of days ago, my soul mates on accyweb will know who I am talking about, he produced some great music at HI Records,

Very sad news...he produced some great records by Al Green, Ann Peebles, Syl Johnson, Otis Clay and more.

Also made a load of crackin' tunes in his own right including "That Driving Beat" (big Twisted Wheel classic) and "The Champion" (Wigan Casino floorfiller).

RIP Willie.
