Sadly Hendrix's life was cut short before he could fulfill his real potential, I think he would have gone a lot further with sound distortion than he did, using controlled feedback was something else.

I had the privilege and the pleasure of spending 45 mins with Mr Clapton as I gave him a tour of Eurotunnel. He was a real nice bloke. Remember his first question on the Shuttle was, is there no bar on this train?. I told him that he wasnt on the train long enough to have a drink anyway. He said that ok because I dont drink now. He had one of the nicest Bottle green Mercs you have ever seen.
