I truly hope Joe is "Up where we belong".
Ol' Joe burned the candle pretty brightly at both ends for a good part of his 70 years.
He was straight and narrow in the latter part.
I met him in the 60's and it is a wonder he lasted this long.
R.I.P. to an old Sheffield lad.
