Karen Carpenter

No excuse is needed to raise the name of this true star shining in the firmament. Best ever female pop vocalist and mean drummer. Here is my tribute song to 'Karen Anne'

It really sounds awful, not the song itself but the midi on the site. It is not a good representation of your song-writing ability. I can't listen to that midi crap. Sorry dude.

I think this member just comes on to promote his music...well, I suppose it could be described very loosely as music... it is not to my taste.
Nothing he has posted has been to my taste...now that could be because I am getting a bit long in the tooth(though I still listen to Pink Floyd, Keane, the Arctic Monkeys Hozier and suchlike) or it could be because these efforts are poor.
I prefer to think it is the latter.

I don't think Tesco will promote his CDs.

I must be longer in the tooth then Margaret - Elgar, Holst, Mahler, Sinatra, Birkin and Ginsberg, Julie London etc. etc.

Yep bad production and recording don't help make this music more digestible. It has to be more accurate.

If he recorded it properly it wouldn't sound bad but it's hard to judge this because of the way he's recorded it on this web-site makes it sound poxy.
