Poem that will become my newest song

Well someone out there might like my poem. There is always hope (and a thick skin)

IF SOMEDAY
And if someday, some men call to mind,
If somewhere there's a secret place to find
Where men may pierce the veils of deceit
And see truth clear beyond misty memory's old retreat.

They'll curse us: 'this rotten generation';
For there was no blood in the hedgerows,
There were no running footfalls in the night;
As meek as the lambs we gave all without a fight.

And if someday some men ask: 'How come?'
If somewhere there's a few to beat the drum:
Like men of old born by the oak tree
Who wandered o'er dune and mountain and o'er the salt sea.

They'll curse us etc.

My songs are hearable here if you like:

and the great debater posts once again.

Anyway. I would rather you record your songs and post them on soundcloud or reverbnation rather than this god awful site musescore... until that point I would prefer that you stick to the one thread to post your links... no need to flood the forum with oneposts and not bothering to come back to reply.

May I suggest using REAPER if you want to record on PC. Or if you have £300 spare by the tascam dp03sd... Its a great 8 track
