Programme
Guys
New to this been going around other forums and finally found a good accy one about time eh!!!! Well gutted about game today (along with everyone else) I reckon we'll hammer Scarborough though!!! What do you reckon to the programme like it kinda better with the coloured pieces in it and the interview with Eric class lol !!! :) |
Re: Programme
welcome to accy web cookiesbootcleaner (sad name though!!) yeah gotta agree that the programme is 10 times better, welll done to the person who sorted it. Reading it today though and was pretty sad at how man players have been sponsered, so am pretty tempted to sponser one myself. Right people who should I sponser???
|
Re: Programme
Right people who should I sponser???[/QUOTE]
Maybe Rocky???? |
Re: Programme
For the long-term and near enough guaranteed season-long sponsors Rocky or Peter Cavanagh if not I reckon Andrew Mangan deserves a try. Personally, it's gotta be Cooky lol :)
Sponsoring any of them will do Accy some good anyway and you get your name in there lol.......... Who do you contact anyway??? |
Re: Programme
well I lost out on our very own fearon, so leaning towards roberts but was disappointed with him at the exeter game, pulling out of a full blooded tackle. So maybe it should be jaggers so the club can keep his hair supplied with enough gel to stick any shot even to crichton's gloves!
|
Re: Programme
lol he's gotta look nice for the Stanleybabes lol
That would be funny though!!! |
Re: Programme
F.A.O cookiesbootcleaner
Why are you pretending that you don't know who to contact at the club ?? People with half a brain will have already figured out who you are...... If your looking for compliments, Yeah the programme isn't bad but could improve. Anybody clicked who this new poster is yet ?? |
Re: Programme
Well, I Dont Have The Foggiest, But Thats Me !!!
|
Re: Programme
I'm with you on that Dan and haven't a clue either, go on then Will spill the beans
|
Re: Programme
I have no idea what you are on about I genuinely want to know how to sponsor........... as for programme it was just a starter post as did not know what else to write, if I worked for the club I'd put my real name that's just daft, why would I hide it it's pointless........... Yes I'm really John Coleman :) did I mention that lol!!!
|
Re: Programme
come on will who do you think it is?
|
Re: Programme
Right,
Seeing I haven't properly introduced myself then, God I'm fighting my corner from my very first post lol, is it like this all the time on here?? I live in Carnforth with my husband (who's a Accrington fan, I met him while I lived in Burnley at college), I don't get down to many matches but came down for the Exeter one with my little boy. He thoroughly enjoyed it I don't think he took much notice of the score to be honest. I work as a manager in a retail shop in Carnforth so that's why I don't come to many matches and just thought it would be quite nice for my little boy to have his name against a players that was the reason for the post. I'm sorry if I imitated someone else, personally do not have a clue who, but sorry for the confusion. Sara |
Re: Programme
I am with Will on this one... But I aint outing anyone :)
|
Re: Programme
Well then SARA :D I do apologise.
But I must admit, for a person who only gets down a few times in a season, You seem to know all the players and alot about the changes in our new programme. Looking at the programme on Saturday, The player sponsorship page is very low on sponsors ?? I shall say no more before I get into trouble !! Welcome to the website SARA, Let us know when your next at the Crown and we can meet up and I will buy you a drink as an apology ;) |
Re: Programme
No wonder they call you Gay Willy.... You whimp :)

Re: Programme
Back to player sponsorship, I talked with Harwood Red about this on Saturday.
As well as a contact telephone number on the player's sponsors page, I do think it would be a good idea if they printed in the programme the cost of sponsoring a player. I'm sure that if they did the page would soon fill up, and hopefully all the squad would be sponsored for the rest of the season. Only an idea, but I think it would help. |
Re: Programme
how much is it to sponser a player???
|

If they printed the cost as well as the conact number, people would be able to decide before making the call, and I'm sure the empty places would soon fill up.:) |
Re: Programme
As far as I know its £60 to sponsor a player then £120 if you want to recieve the players shirt at the end of the season :)
|
Re: Programme
Right if it is 120 then does anybody else want to chip in a £10 and sponser a player (like kipax organises at start of season for accywebers) then pick out of a hat who wins the shirt?
Me (mangan) Garinda (mangan) anyone else??? Also who so we want to sponser???? each tenner gets a vote on a player, remember try and choose a player that will almost certainly stay at the club (rob can i have a list of whos still available??) |
Re: Programme
Great idea John, will give you my tenner on Saturday.:)
|
Re: Programme

Re: Programme
Is the £120 the correct price then karen???
|
Re: Programme
Yeah it is John
For £60 only you get your name at the side of the player in the programme and on the website. For £120 you get the above plus the player's shirt presented to you by him at the end of the season. And like has been mentioned you can do it on the home or away shirts..... Karen** |
