Coley was presented with January manager of the month award at the training facilities (Rolls Royce Barnoldswick) this morning... Pics on my website..

By gum, I've staggered up those pavilion steps a few times after doing the Barnoldswick Weets fell race. The Weets is the hill you can see in the background and the top is about 3 miles away. I wonder how quick the Stanley boys would be up and down - how about it Coley as an endurance session?
The race record is about 30 minutes!
Any young (or old) Ultras up for it?

There was even a pic and report about Rolls Royce in the Craven Herald - but I can't find a web link to it.
