yes they got pulled out by coleman but now after a number of discusions there back in!!
Why would Coley pull them out? If he did and they weren't injured then they probably wouldn't have been allowed to play for Stanley on Friday or Monday.

Is anyone covering this Game, TV or Radio? It would be nice to know how our lads get on.

Re: There back in

Just got back from Cambridge

Craney played full 90 minutes and played very well

Roberts came on about 5 mins into second half...was a bit pensive and didnt run at em down the line as much... but got more into game late on and indeed made the third goal getting to edge of penalty area to put a point pass to dagenhams smith who scored.

All in all they both did well with craney doing exceptionally well. Pics later :)

Agree with Kippax. At least no injuries to our lads. Warmed up nicely for tomorrow down at Gravesend. See you there.

Re: There back in

Well done to the pair of em, sounds a better game than the last one I went to against Italy at Shrewsbury. Brilliant photos Kipax, especially the one of Ian being held by the ref - was that to protect Ian from the Italians or the other way round:) . I see Gary bagged himself an Italian shirt as well as his England one - nice one Gary!

Excellent photographs, the lads looked brilliant and have done us proud, lets remember that when they walk on on Monday evening. Roll on Friday and Monday.

Re: They're back in

From the report on the FA site, it looks like they each had a brilliant game, Ian 'who had impressed in the first half with some tidy distribution in the middle of the park' and Gary who set up both the second and third goals ('the Accrington player delivered a wonderful cross to the far post where Mackail-Smith ... rifled home'): http://www.thefa.com/England/Nationa...gland_NGXI.htm. Let's hope they can contine that form tomorrow night!
