Ok next game for the Prediction League is the Conference game at the IES this coming Saturday against Burton Albion. Eee I remember when they gave us loads of stick in their clubhouse when they'd won the Unibond... Now whos laughing?? Anyway - this presents Stanley with a chance at another league double - what do you guys think the final score will be? I remember many moons ago when we won the Peter Swales Shield at their place....Coley rising like a salmon to take it to penalties and Burnsy nicking my jangly hat in their clubhouse:D great memories "We've only won 3 cups!!"

I will go for a 3-1 Stanley win and the outright Conference record of 16 games undefeated (17 the following week against Crawley!

I think you'll find the longest sequence is Altrincham's 28 matches in 1990/91. That's only in a single season (see http://www.confguide.com/cgi-bin/allseq.mpl). If you start adding the end of one season to the beginning of another then it could be more. We've a 7 match run of wins at the moment so the record for the longest sequence of wins is a possibility and could be just the motivation for a win at Edgar Street!

nah, we aint got much chance really:( . we'll do well to scrape a draw, you guys actually looked pretty good at our place. This season you'll be the first eventual champions since we joined the conference to have beaten us at our place. every time we have scored an equaliser to make it 1-1 in injury time.

us doing well depends on our key players performing. mind you we have Christian Moore back and with your physical approach he may end up going down in the area a few times.:D

Burton have started a move up the table from their lowly start but our guys are on a roll & a dusting down is overdue & why not Cloughies mob. Bet Toddy is glad he moved over after Saturdays 4-0 stuffing!

Another 3 points gained for the red men - not in the prettiest fashion by all accounts but who cares - now the pressures on Hereford for them to get a result on Monday night. Well done to the following people who correctly predicted we would win 2-1 today against the Brewers :
