David Brown

Well done for having the balls to take the penalty in such an important game at such a crucial time in the game !!!

Ever since David Brown first came to Accrington I (and others) saw that he possessed great talent.

He is one of the most focused players I've ever seen, at any level.

David has a quite astonishing ability to see a situation as if he's fifty feet above the action and to plan accordingly.

Whatever his destiny as a player, he'll be a great manager for some club in the future !

Got to give David a lot of credit. To be fair we were calling for Cav to take it but a calm nerve from David brought us back into the game & turned it around as well.

As browney was leaving the pitch to be subbed at york he held his hand out to the york player waiting to take the thrown in .. as the york player went to put his hand out browney did the soccer am schoolboy error class move...... It made me laugh out loud at the time :)

Browner legend I think not he's a bottler when the chips are down.

Re: David Brown

Considering he's scored 12 goals this season, I consider him to be a very good player. And I do believe Herefords top scorer is Andrew Williams with 9 *snigger*

If you should ever play in a match of any importance you will see, perhaps this time next year in your relegation dogfights:D

he did well on saturday..kept his composure to score the penalty..However he did find himself offiside an awful lot...Maybe eagerness but he just has to check his runs...

Better to be in a relegations scrapfight in the football league, than another year in the conference:p

Just an aside Tracker. I went to the womens world cup qualifier between England & France at Blackburn Rovers Sunday night- a premiership ground, the food was cheaper than at Kittee Kat crescent & served a lot faster despite three times the crowd! Another dose of Yorkshire cheating us over the border!:Banane13: :Banane25: :Banane13: http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i...ons/icon13.gif
