We had a thread about this a few months ago.

The "original" Accrington Stanley (in musical terms) comprised a number of local musicians, including some from the Warriors, and existed briefly in 1970/71. You can see some pictures of them here

Apart from the band FC mentioned, there's also a Beatles tribute band called Accrington Stanley

I think bands like this are giving us welcome publicity (provided they're not involved in dodgy politics or on-stage satanic rituals or owt like that!).
However, perhaps they could be politely asked to include links to t'fishy site on their websites.
