I would have thought that the club would have covered at least one end and then doubled the size of the other (there seems to be plenty of space behind both goals to do this) - or are club planning to move grounds in the not too distant future

Why would they need to double the size of an end.. Current capacity is 5k and at some point there will be a new stand opposite main stand which will increase the capacity... Roof.. we all want a roof but its not like its needed in order for the club to move forward... as for moving grounds... no there not.. again why would they?

I guess to move forward? I would have thought the board would consider doubling both ends - as there is plenty of room there to do so. 5k is fine now, but what if the club move up a league next season?

If you are happy to stand on an open end then thats fine, but there are many that would like to see one or both ends covered - like Morecambe.

And as to moving, I only mentioned it as a number of local councillors have also done so. They think - and I'm not agreeing with them - that it would be better for stanley to move to a bigger ground elsewhere, rather than spend money building up the prescent ground.

I think you need to do a search on here for threads on roof's to see how much we all want a roof, However, the club have prioritised the need & money for other work that has to be done to satisfy the league
