It certainly is. If they're "temporary" does this mean they're going to be replaced by more opulent drinking facilities at some point?

At worst it can only be a table in a wood shed. I don’t care as long as can get to it and the beer’s cold. :)

the beer was served from a can off a trestle table under a Foster Gazebo.

But it was better than n0owt and it fulfills the criteria.
