Predictions for Quakers game
 

Right then - next up for Stanley and also the Prediction League competition are the Quakers. They had a huge win for their opening game today at home to Macc - can they do the same again or will we find our feet when Stanley host the towns first league game for 44 years?? Give me your thoughts here for the Darlington home game at the FES on Tuesday 8th August - deadline for your entries will be kick off which is 19:45BST... Best of luck everyone...

I say a 1-3 win for us. We looked absolute quality today. We totally took the p**s out of Macc in the second half (and 35 mins of the first!) and if we can keep that up against you, i have no doubts that we will win.

More of a reason for your lot to cock it up.When you perform "above the norm"(' ..absolute quality') its highly unlikely that you can repeat that a few days later-especially when 13 or 14 individuals are involved. On the other hand,Stanley will have something to prove to themselves come Tuesday.

I can see darlington snatching it.

it will be a very different game on tuesday.

unlike chester, darlington are a football side and prefere a attacking 4-3-3

this should open up the game for accrington and give us a chance.

dont get me wrong, i think darlington have the better quality - however, our best chance of winning is to feed our wings.

both darlingtons full backs where poor defensivly on saturday - and are their to exploit.

as a betting man - the early markets have it about right.

the pluses for stanley our - the lads should be up for the first home game, and the nerves should have gone about playing in the league.
lets hope they are motivated - they may and should treat it like a derby.

we must attack on tuesday to beat darlington. the best straegy is to out score them.

darlington will be a threat - attacking from the full backs and up front Gillanza is a problem. I wouldnt be to worried about darlingtons hat-trick hero Barry Conlon - even the darlington fans where surprised.

A tight game - and its tight in the early betting.

Hi guys - sorry for the delay but my PC is fixed now (another £180 :( )but the Prediction League table has now been updated to include everyones predictions made for the Darlington game. We have our first winner of the season and that was first time tryer lucyg - well done for being the only one to predict a 2-0 win for the Quakers, 5 points to you.
