I predict it NOT to be.

Biggest home gate (at current ground) ever is 4,368 v Colchester in the FA Cup 3rd Round in January 2003.

We have given Forest 1,400 tickets and they have advertised them as follows -
Quote:

"We have received an allocation of 1,400 terraced tickets for the Whinney Hill/Coppice Terrace. Please note that this terrace is partially uncovered and open to all weather conditions."

Re: Notts Forest

i know the actual gorund capacity is 5057, but i always thought this not not actually be true, cause im sure during the FA cup run that the police had set a limit which was under 5057, does this still apply?, has it ever applied??? or just rumours???

Re: Notts Forest

At all grounds the capacity is reduced for a night match.. I used to go to Wembley regularly and it was 100 thousand on a saturday and around 80 thousand on a night game..

I have just learned this match will be screened LIVE here via Setanta so I will get to see my second Stanley game. Hopefully, it will be as memorable as the first (a closely fought victory over a Division Two side on a cold and frosty night in December of 2003. Anyone remember that evening?).

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!

Good news, indeed, Mr. K. I knew there was a reason I've been shelling out an extra $12 a month to get that channel. :)

I'll be doing the usual and going down the boozer to watch it. My partners boss is a mad Forest fan so it should make for a very interesting atmosphere :D

Re: Notts Forest

the maximum capacity of the ground is 5,057, however this is reduced in our safety certificate by the consideration of s and p factors, which are based on safety operations and general facilities. this takes our current capacity down to around 4,500, however over the coming months as we demonstrate our new safety equipment such as the cctv, pa and landline systems, and our stewarding procedures our capacity will be increased. by the end of the season our capacity must be at least 5,000, and we expect no problems in achieving this.

We have one of the best away followings going at the mo' even if the clowns running the team don't deserve us and if we don't sell out our quota then I shall be astonished.
Any questions/queries on our team then fire away.
You confident of causing an upset or what ??
