Bye bye coppice terrace

Now known as the "Hollands pie end"

I'd have thought they could have 'bowled' it out, covered it in tin foil and called it the Hollands Pie Tray.

Hope the railings dont go c rusty!!

Not a lot anyone can say about that really, no doubt we'll see a few puddings around up there an all. :)

Whatever next, not what you would call romantic is it. "I'll meet you up the pie end" It's not got the right ring to it as it.

Seriously though, I hope the club benefits from the continued association with Holland’s. Just hope they don’t plan to fund a Roo (there’s no F in Roof) before we get one. :)

They should have sponsored the clayton terrace.... we could have got them to put a crust on it.. save getting a roof :)

Nice of the club to announce this isn't it.....

It made me chuckle. It wont last though because some quickwitted soul will find a nickname for it.

The best I can come up with is 'meet you over the crust'...........happen I'm not quickwitted!!

Who ate all the pies could be a popular chant to the away fans now...

I think we should get a partnership arrangement with Scarborough - they're sponsored by McCain's Oven Chips

Joking apart, I think it's very positive all the news about new sponsors in recent weeks. It shows that people at the club are obviously working very hard to attract businesses into what is happening here, raising the profile of Accrington Stanley as well as putting in money to improve the ground and strengthen the squad. It's important to show that we have got our place on the gravy train.
