Stockport Last Night
 

Sat with the Stanley fans behind the goal and had a most enjoyable evening. I thought Edgeley Park was a nice place to visit and the Stewards made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was great and was one of the biggest crowds that I've seen us play in front of.

After a slow start, I thought the lads bossed the second half and with a bit of luck (the penalty) and a bit more sharpness in front of goal (Sean) we could and should have won it.

Playing on a Friday night added to the whole occasion and it is a sign of the times when during the car journey home, two ardent Liverpool fans had to concede that watching Stanley play in such a match was better than watching the "other reds"!

Come on Stanley!!!!

Last night's game seemed ok i didnt go and watch it, me and my brother had it on the radio and where glad that stanley scored and came away with the draw.

We dont get to go to many games we none really but where still accy fans regardless of the fact that we dont come and watch them....and quite franly there better than Blackburn rovers but dont tell anyone i said that :p

Great game last night, i was well impressed with our second half display. Seeing that wonder goal was worth the entrance fee alone. If i have one criticism however about the way we play its that we don't put the ball down the channels anywhere near enough, we have good wingers. Its the best way to play in this division.....trust me.

The Radio guys picked up on that too and mentioned it i think ?, they played a lot better in the second half and after they got the goal man they wherent after a draw was our stanley.....the best thing about it was when i could hear these fans calling the ref a d*ck head lol over the radio
