Who are the sponsors?

May I first add my congratulations to everyone at the club for a fine performance and a fantastic result.

Secondly, I was under the inpression that the ground/stadium was now called "The Fraser Eagle Stadium" but quite clearly on the main stand above the half way line and the dug out was a sign bearing the legend....."The Interlink Express Stadium".

Can't be a good way to please your new sponsors considering that it was directly opposite the main Sky camera and featured heavily every time there was a goal kick, clearance or long ball.

Ooops!

Talking of sponsors, what about sposoring extra time, whats all that about?
Do they pay £x for every min of extra time? maybe thats the reason we had 5 mins added on

Not to mention the Sophia Khan sign being on the Whinney Hill Terrace

There was a lot of laughter when the extra time was announced and sponsorship..... and the question.. what if no extra time?

Extra time ?

That's news to me.

I thought that Stanley had won within the regulation 95 minutes . . .

We also had a pitch sponsor on Monday night - another new one to me but it's all money for the club, well done Karen (can I please sponsor a square foot of the pitch on Saturday :))

I thought the sponsoring of extra time was a bit ridiculious, but if it puts money in the clubs coffer's, then who can complain ...

How do you think I felt? Everybody was looking at me and wetting themselves!!! It won't be long before each Stanley goal is sponsored, then corners , then throw ins. "The 14th Stanley throw-in was sponsored by..........."

Good business by Karen if it means extra money for the club. Fun times are ahead!!!!!

I'll sponsor the penalty spot, but only if Mullin takes it..... 20 quid a time, might cost me £100 in the season... money well spent!! Whether he scores or not!!

Yes, but can anyone explain how you can sponsor 'added time'??
Is it so much a minute/second, or is it a flat fee??

Does anyone really know how the Fourth Official calculates such added time??

I was speaking to an ex-prem ref about this recently, & he gave me an explanation that would have challenged Einstien's theory of relativity!!

Need someone to explain in laymans, IE supporters language!

Re: Who are the sponsors?

I can only think the ref added 30 secs everytime it went over the Cowshed, what worked in the Conference might need a re-think.

But having a ballboy with some spares on Whinney Hill side would smack of common sense. It's make your mind up time (sponsored by Timex)
