Predictions for Swindon game
 

Next game for Stanley and the prediction league is the League 2 game versus the Robins of Dennis Wise and co, Swindon Town at the FES next week. Weve managed to stick one up the Chairboys today, can we carry on makin the FES a fortress and do one over Swindon too and let em know they are in a 46 game competition and make it 6 league games without defeat whilst we are at it?? :)

Let me have your guesses for this game by kick off which is Saturday 7th October at 3pm BST - good luck to all especially the men in Red. (Im assuming Swindon will be in their away colours :) )

5-2 to the Stanley boys which will turn out to be the most attacking game of football seen in the Football League for almost a decade, with both teams missing pretty simple chances, but scoring the more difficult ones, with the Clayton End once again outsining the away end for the full 90 minutes

Well happily, I got it round the wrong way last week against Wycombe,and was delighted, because I hate to forecast a Stanley defeat. This week, I cannot desert our lads - so :

controversial but when am I ever right. We are due a kicking Stanley 0 Swindon 3. No noise on the terrace whatsoever. Eric, John and Jimmy all offer their resignations and the outgiong OSC take over. Roof and bar promptly installed with noise restrictions put in place. Smoking allowed but only from a pipe. :D

I dont have the 'power' to sticky threads but I will arrange for it to get restickied. I keep having problems trying to edit the thread and end up loosin me rag with it and deleting it and starting a new one (much quicker) - thats why it keeps getting 'unstickied'
