Tractor Boy Red

Hi All, there should be an article in the Accy observer which will be worth a look next week about a Suffolk lad who has taken Stanley into his heart (along with Ipswich Town). If it is in there please can someone let me know via this forum as a long way to come for a copy..Thanks for your help!!

Marty

Welcome, I will try and post a link, or at least verify the entry.

Are you part of the diversity initiative?

Accrington, Lancashire

<O:p

A place with plenty of hills to climb up, with a spectacular view from the top, on a delightful day you can even see Blackpool Tower and hear the roar when Accrington Stanley play!!!!
<O:p</O:p

A quiet place for people who like to relax, and have peace and time on their own. Rivers in the valleys at the bottom of the hills, sheep and cows in the fields that make it a better place for people to enjoy and to look at, it makes it the proper country side scene.
<O:p</O:p

You can take photographs from the top of the hills of old cotton mills on a grand day in May.
<O:p</O:p

Where friendly folk say

“Alreet cock ‘owz your day?”

This has to be said we all know how talented you are but don't over do it or you might begin to get just that little bit annoying. ;)

My post was not directed at yourself or your son as I like the poem and the use term "Alreet cock" in my day to day language. I was certainly not being derogatory to your family but I was having a small pop at Zero if you check my post again I quoted him. Cart on Stanley I will check the Observer this week and see if it is in.:)
