Reserve game tomorrow

How come it's a 2pm kick-off? It doesn't make the season ticket good value if you're in work whenever they play.

Sod us season ticket holders, Eric knows that a 2.0pm kick off means no floodlights.

All the reserve games so far have been 2pm kick offs, don't know why unless it's something to do with the league they're now in. Seem to remember a couple of seasons ago, Rochdale reserves played on our ground and they were usually afternoon games. Shame, I wouldn't have minded going to the Man City one.

I'd definitely have gone tonight, but there's no way I could go during the daytime.

Must be the 3rd team today as Man City Reserves played Wigan last night.

anyway stanley won 3-1, i turned up late so missed two of the goals but the third one was a bit of a scramble, good run out for baines, phil edwards, robbie elliot, mangan, etc

Another good win - only lost one game so far.

Interesting the different syle of play to the firsrt team - building from the back, keeping the ball, not forcing it. Any defender giving it a hopeful hoof gets shouted at. Plenty of occasions when we played good quality passing football - good to watch

Tailed off in the second half, but their youngsters were a bit knackered by then anyway, so no great threat to the result.

Just so you know, defence was Ventre, Foyle, Baines, & Edwards. Midfield Doherty (Harris), N'Da, Buggan, Byrom, with Mangy & Brown up front.

byrom seems to be doing well scoring in most games he plays in
