just been on the walsall messageboard and had a good chuckle at their comments regarding facilities:

post 1 SHOULD BE LIKE AN FA CUP TIE - SMALL GROUND POOR FACILITIES

post 2 I'm gonna sleep in my shed the night before to acclimatise.

post 4 Okay I'll sleep in the garden then

They may think they are something now but I remember going to a milk cup game at the old stadium fellows park and a bloody wall collapsed. What a right crap hole that was, so if they have any supporters from that time they won't need to sleep in any sheds the night before.

Merse-iah's disciple's idea about the pinta milk sounds great, why don't we ALL arrange to do it, maybe make it a synchronised event of "pinta downing" followed by a joint shout of "Acc-hh-rinton Shtanleee, ooo are day?" and finishing off with a great round of applause for the home fans. They deserve it after what they've been through these past 40 years!

Only major problem might be getting 1,000 or more pints of milk into the ground, would they allow it? Would be nice if it could be arranged.

Maybe Vic could park a float in Livingstone Road.

Milk idea would be funny, but Mick Schultz'd have a fit if 3000 people tried to take milk in t'ground

OK so why not try to take 3,000 plastic cartons of milk - tops removed of course for safety reasons LOL
