Next Stanley Concert - UKCowboy

I enjoyed the celtic cross gig... so who is next..

Should be UKCowboy (pete)

Some of us from here went to Southport to see him live at a country and western gig about 2 yrs ago.. I think it was about a tenner to get in.. and worth every penny..Last yr he did an hr or so for the supporters club and went for crooner type music I think... Get him to do a C&W gig at the supporters club... His better half does a bit of a turn herself and can hold a note... never seen em do a duet though :)

Also it seems to have been forgotton that UKCowboy offered to do a CD for the supporters club long before Celtic Cross was heard of and it didn't get any support... NOT because of quality but apathy (my word of the week)

I am not a big C&W fan but really enjoyed his gig and far more than the crooner type thing.ya did (as good as it was) pete ...sorry :)

Lets try and get him to do a Gig at the supporters club.... post here... will you sort it macca like ya sorted the celtic cross one

Anyone agree?

Hes gonna kill me for this ..he has no idea..:)

I can appreciate good music.. Celtic Cross and Country Western.. neither are my kinda music (I prefer SOUL) but I can still enjoy it now and then.. Pete singing "Field of dreams" (I dont recall ever hearing it before that) was inspiring.. I went and downloaded the song by various artisist to try and reproduce.. I liked it so much..

Yep no probs Tony, although the credit for last night goes to Zero as he booked the room, booked the artist and blagged all the raffle prizes bar one. Nothing left for me to do other than turn up and get drunk!

Pete, if you can let me know what availability you have over the next couple of months and we can liase with Hazel and the fixture list.
