Wahey! - Rommy on his way back

Good news on the fishy site, although our reserves got beaten 2 -1 by Chester, Boco played and scored our goal. Can't wait till he's back playing in the first team - welcome back Rommy :)

Good news indeed and further news of signings expected in the next 24 hours. I really hope it concerns Mannix (despite only having seen him play for us once).

I'll certainly second that Wynonie, although it just says further squad news expected in next 24 hours - I'm keeping everything crossed that it's about players coming in and not anyone else leaving

Maybe it'll be that "big signing" that Jiffy Bag was on about yesterday!

come on Rommy, show us what we have been missing today please. I'm expect Mullers and Browny up front with Mangy and Rommy coming off the bench to transform the last 20 minutes of this game and introduce rapid, free flowing football and three last gasp goals

.............. and Cav due back in less than 3 weeks.

Should last about half a game and then get sent of for some rash challenge

We'd have lost 6-0 today were it not for Rommy.

All we need now is Harris & McGivern back, a goalkeeping coach and a back four :D

If my memory/records are correct, Edward, Williams, Welch & Richardson have started together once in the League this season (against Walsall @ Home). Shall I say I find this, at the least, somewhat suprising :( .

And we got beat and conceded two that day as well if my memory/records are correct

Correct, although against the top team, but still can't see why they're not the first choice back four. Don't think we're ever going to be famous for our defending though :( .

Re: Wahey! - Rommy on his way back

Fair comment i think that is a strong back four. But for me i think we need a horrible CB to play with either whelchy or rocky who are both good players but together appear to be too nice. i would also have cav instead of phil cos i think his distibution is better
