The two strikers were triallists from Tranmere and, to be honest, they were pants.

number 11 was called Danny campbell.I think he is the brother or number 10-carl. He looked ok, and did some nice linking moves. I thought that the defense was really good today. I could tell that Mauro is gunna fit in perfectly. They seemed to gel. And Jay harris looked really really good today. He seems to get better every time i see him play. Overall a very good match!

id have to agree with the points.

Almeida will slot straight into center back looks a quality player.
Grant the same.

Thought Doherty had a good game 2.

I think Doherty could do with going on a motivational course or summat, the guy oozes class in the way he carries himself, his touch is exceptional and he sees some extraordinary balls sometimes, but his confidence is shot to pieces and he cannot or will not try to get round full backs (dribbling or off the ball runs) or try to up the tempo. Unfortunately for him we play a high tempo attacking game but he is laid back and likes to stroke the ball around slower than what the team demands. The guy has got class and Coley needs to spend the summer geting that out of him
