Dont worry about the shirt, probably just give him Elliot's old jersey...:p

I know I've done a bit of translating on here recently that may be dodgy but I think this name is is derived from the Huyton district of Liverpool. In this particular dialect of Scouse it is quite a common name and is pronounced Cashh-me-cheque. It is a verb usually used in conjunction with post office staff.
