This mess is within sight of local residents' houses...yet the Ultras are told they can't bring the drum in because the club don't want complaints while they're waiting for planning permission.

But who’s leaving it like that? If it’s the club they should be ashamed and deserve criticism. If it’s fly tippers then it’s time to get a CCTV put up and have the ******* prosecuted.

I can get a 20 cubic yard roll on roll off for £375 inc first 3 tonnes of waste from a firm i use called spirechem.

I have no money just contacts any backers out there?
