Stanley Loan Players
 

Why, oh why are we not bringing in players on loan ? All the other teams around us are doing this to try to escape relegation and we are doing nothing. The team we have is just not good enough, on Saturday it was just kick and run, we were like a pub team. Our team on Saturday is worse than when we were in the Conference. Coley has said that the defence is not good enough yet we still have the same back four. We haven't got a goalkeeper as such. Our midfield is non existent and our striker stands with his back to the goal and cannot run or kick a ball. Coley, Bell and Whalley have taken us into the football league and are now going to take us out of it without a fight. If we do not get some players in on loan we will be lucky to win another game this season. Eric Whalley said that if we got into the league he would retire, why has he not done so, is he on some ego trip ? Any other club's supporters would be calling for the heads of the Chairman and Manager but not us. I think it is time for a big shake up and get rid of the players who are not good enough to play in the league. We have made a complete mess of this season and now is the time for Mr. Coleman, Mr. Bell and Mr. Whalley to do the decent thing and go.

Jeff I don't want to sound rude here but didn't you make a similar post in 2 or 3 other threads? You're begginning to sound like a stuck record chuck!!! Change the vinyl or say something constructive either would be an improvement.

I am being realistic Sparkie. We are going to be relegated. I hope we don't get relegated, but, the performances we are putting in are not fit for the Football League and with points deduction looming I cannot see any escape unless we have a change of personnel. I am not being grumpy I am simply stating the truth. By the way - telling me to change the vinyl is not very constructive:)

Maybe the club knows more about the point deduction than it's letting on and is resigned to relegation this season? That would explain the lack of attempts to bring in some new blood.

Ok so when is the right time? when we've gone down?
It's been a shambles this season in all departments of the club and if nobody raises concerns nothing gets done. I believe what has been posted on this forum is why we have free admission on Saturday, you would call it whinging. It's right to be optimistic but you need some encouragement which at the moment is just not there.:(

we all know everthings not been hunky dory but lets make this a weekend about stanley lets criticize another time i know ive done my fair share of winging but this weekend we need to be united lets look forward to this saturday lets concentrate getting the fes full get the posters out tell everybody persuade them {within reason**:D :D cmon lets get the posters in every shop school and pub and anywhere else ive missed out :Banane19:

I am not an ex-Stanley supporter, I attend every game and have done for a long time. I was there in 1962 when through bad administration we resigned from the league and now it looks like we are going to lose our league status again through bad administration. I have a right to whinge and be grumpy when every week-end I watch Stanley make a mess of it on the pitch, I do not have a right to be told to SOD OFF by some invisible poster on this forum. If you don't like what I post then don't read it or maybe you could reply constructively, don't just be rude to people. We all support Stanley, we all want them to do well but we all have our opinions. Somebody had made an administrative error which could cost us seven points. This willl probably send us back to the Conference where we will once again be a laughing stock. I for one am very annoyed at this. Last season we made an administrative error with Robinson, we were fined, did anybody resign over this, is anybody going to resign if we are docked seven points and relegated. I HOPE SO, I hope that the person responsible is named and shamed. In the meantime I will post my thoughts on this forum and I will not SOD OFF Mr. Ossyclogger, perhaps you could go and clog some ossys somewhere else if you don't like it.

Thank you. Whinge and moan have now ended. Let's hope that I've nothing to whinge and moan about after Saturday or we will be having all this again next week.

thank you jeff for saying what a lot of stanley fans have not got the guts to say, i cant be there on saturday but this 7 points possible deduction thing is sloppy and bad administration and if it cost asfc thereplace in the league then this person should be named and shamed and SACKED, This season has been poor for crowds football and atmosphere and at the end of the day the manager picks the team,its sunday league stuff and dont harp on about not going to any matches,i have followed asfc for 15 years through thick and thin and this is one of the worst teams ever,and as i am abroad i wish i could be there on saturday, but might get slagged of if i went so i say to you all on this forum get behind the team on saturday and for all those non -league fans from years gone by DO YOU WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN KEEP THE FAITH
