Not to worry. We will be up on Saturday and I estimate about 300 from the Shire. I trust your whippets won't be worrying our sheep too much ;)

Re: Guess The Gate - Hereford

because entry is not free this week, you will be back to your usual gate of around 750, including about 300 hufc fans.

3/10...must do better.

Now come on you northern monkeys, surely you can do better than trotting out the same old tripe every time we meet?

How's the new roof coming along?

More like how's the season coming along.

Can't wait to see Craney and Roberts.

What? They've jumped ship and you haven't replaced them? Where's all that money gone then? On a new roof?

Nice to see the heavyweights logging on, never won up here, have you? Never drawn up here? No, shame.

3 straight defeats at the Crown/ Interlink/FES, or is my memory failing. I think my slight fondness for Hereford comes from the 3 points in the bag certainty. :)

A club with your sort of poverty should start thinking of groung sharing. How about Birkenhead F.C.? They will suit you........same sort of facilities, same average crowds and just around the corner.

You scousers always stick together.

Exactly.

These Welsh jokes are boring, we've heard them for years. We were hearing them long before 1968. I suppose we can forgive you with the old jokes because you're such an new club. Never mind you will learn, I just hope you do before you fold like your scouse sister club.

The club that died.

Trolls abound on here today then!!!

What do you mean, Jokes? You're just in denial, we were told this was the best way to help, honest.

Wasn't it Richard the something that gave a charter to Hereford in Wales.

Re: Guess The Gate - Hereford

Now then chaps...a serious matter - PUBS! I gather your club is out of bounds for our lot on Saturday so do you have any advise to offer on where to drink? I can't find any reference to a Wetherspoons...is there anywhere similar?

K.S.H 20-03-2007 04:49

Re: Guess The Gate - Hereford

No watherspoons in Accy i,m afraid, your best bet is the Crown on Whalley RD, 2 mins walk from the ground, the ground it literally right behind it, open to both home ans away fans, usually gets a good away crowd in

I don't care if we win , lose or draw, i'm just glad to be back in the league!!

Been a good season overall, shame we just missed out on the play-offs, never mind we'll build for next year, don't you worry about that.

:D

About as boring as your scouse jokes then! Never mind, if you think we're situated in Merseyside don't bother travelling any further than that on Saturday, oh and if you're bringing Mr Fleetwood ask him to leave his camel coat at home - just made him look like a Welsh version of DelBoy:rolleyes:

You might find the Lamb Inn about a mile down the road in Clayton to your liking.
