Ok - no need to shout Ozzy - after all we're all on the same side aren't we? - I was just so relieved when I heard the news that I made a slight mistake in my post, apologies :)

Over the moon with that. We still have a fight to get some more much needed points but at least it's up to us. £6000 a bit of a stinger though. Sod the roof, if we stay in the league I'll happily be wet!!!

Re: Great Outcome

Having read the club's explanation of the true facts of the case it seems strange to me that it was actually taken as far as a full disciplinary hearing. I know that justice has to be seen to be done but surely the administrators could excercise discretion in cases of minor technicalities where it is palpably obvious there is no intention to break the rules? A 12,000 pound fine is way over the top in my opinion, even if half is suspended. Mind you I'm not complaining....................:D

I'm off to work shortly.and today we have around 20-25 casual staff in I need to 'whip' from time to time.Had we been deducted points, those (Asians,Islanders, local indigenous) workers would not have been in for a pleasant time. This result will make life a little more bearable for them-at least for today. :)
